Today, I celebrated 62 years on Planet Earth. In all honesty, there have been many days over the years that I never thought I would see this day come to fruition. It’s been a very good day…quiet…yet good. I’m thankful for so many things: Faith…without my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ I am nothing…at all. Family…they are my world and I love them beyond words. Friends…those that have taken the time to reach out to me today and make my day a little bit brighter. My inner circle of friends…you know who you are…you guys are my heroes. My gifts…no, not presents received, but gifts and abilities that God has blessed me with. For me…especially after 62 years…it’s still ‘Faith…Family…Forever.’ No close seconds.

For now…I battle…because as long as I have breath, God has a plan and a purpose for me. Stay strong…stay focused…
